What is the active ingredient in ZenSept Products ?
The main active ingredient in Clinisoothe+ Skin Purifier is sodium hypochlorite. Our unique laboratory process converts sodium hypochlorite into a high purity hypochlorous and harnesses the power of Clinisoothe+ hypochlorous to produce the perfect skin purifying solution. Our formula provides highly effective cleansing with none of the toxicity or nasties of traditional antimicrobial cleansing chemistries.
Are the ingredients in ZenSept Products safe for my skin?
ZenSept Products are effective due to pure hypochlorous content. Neutral pH, no alcohol, petroleum, lanolin, oils, sulphates. Non-toxic, non-irritant, non-cytotoxic to skin. This mean that it is completely suitable for sensitive skin & all skin types for that matter.
Is ZenSept suitable for all skin types?
Yes! Clinisoothe+ is suitable for all skin types, including those prone to acne, spots, eczema, psoriasis, sensitive and sore skin and rosacea. To use Clinisoothe+ as part of your daily routine, we recommend using after cleansing and removing any makeup before use. Apply liberally by spraying directly onto the skin or wiping on with a soaked cotton pad. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Can I get an allergic reaction from ZenSept?
Although rare, if irritation occurs when using ZenSept, please stop using immediately. If irritation persists after 3-5 days, consult your doctor. Test new products on a small area first. Return the product if you experience any redness or tingling.
How should I store the product?
It must be stored out of the reach of children and away from direct sunlight. To intensify its cooling effect, refrigeration is recommended if desired.
How is ZenSept Skin Reset+ different from other cleansers?
Many skin cleansers with antimicrobial properties are weak poisons, impacting healthy skin cells and skin regeneration. Skin Reset+ stands out by utilizing an oxidizing method that poses no harm to human skin, including re-growing skin cells.
Where is ZenSept made?
ZenSept is manufactured in the UK at a specialized ISO 13485 Medical Device facility. This facility also holds accreditation with ISO 9001.
Why does ZenSept smell like swimming pools?
ZenSept is a stable, pure, nature-replicating hypochlorous chemistry. It may have a mild swimming pool scent upon application, reflecting the purity of hypochlorous. No fragrance is added to maintain purity and prevent skin irritation.
Can I use ZenSept if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
ZenSept has no contraindications and is safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Cease use if irritation occurs.
Is Zensept safe for use on my children?
ZenSept is pH neutral, non-cytotoxic, hypoallergenic and paediatrician tested but we do not recommend the use of skin topicals on children under 3. To use ZenSept on very young children, test sensitivity with a patch test and stop if a reaction occurs.

Two shipping Options are available for UK deliveries.
For orders received before 12 noon, Mon-Fri.
Express 1-3 business day: For items required in a rush. Tracked and signed for service, provided by DHL.
Standard shipping 2-7 business days: Less urgent but still an excellent service. Tracked and signed for service provided by Yodel.

Orders outside the UK will be dispatched on an Express tracked and signed for service, 2-10 business days.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my subscription?

How can I cancel my account?
You can cancel your subscription simply by logging onto your account and selecting “Manage my account” from there, you can either skip the month or cancel completely.
Another way to access your account is to check in on your subscription emails, this will have a link to manage your account.
What are my subscription frequency options?
We have 4, 6 and 8 week subscription options to ensure that you never run out of ZenSept.
How does the subscription work?
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
